During a time of fasting and prayer in October 2009 the Lord spoke clearly to lead pastor Chris Goeppner, "Chris, I want you to go to Lebanon, NH and start a church." He shared this with his wife, Penny, and together they sought the advice of close mentors and friends. Their call was then confirmed through various circumstances and were given complete peace about it.
